Unfortunately we are unable to provide personal advice by email or phone. We are also not currently accepting clients for therapy. We share some resources you may find helpful here. To find a therapist, consider the following resources: (Providers who list “cognitive-behavioral therapy,” “Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy,” “acceptance and commitment therapy,” or “acceptance-based behavioral therapy” are most likely to use an approach similar to ours. Many people who find our books useful use them in conjunction with therapy.)
